Shipping & Returns Information

All prices are subject to confirmation upon order dispatch. This is due to the variable costs from suppliers. If the final price is different from order value you will be given the opportunity for a full refund.

Shipping - Shipping is charged based on the weight of your basket, at the following rates:

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible however please allow a minimum of 10 working days for dispatch. We will contact you to inform you that your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are a UK based BMW dealer and don't advertise overseas shipping.  Before using the site to make an overseas purchase, please get in touch first  to discuss postage.

Returns

Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery. Items being returned should be in original packaging and unused. We are not able to refund the cost of return delivery. All returns must be returned using  a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will ensure proof of postage and ensure a items are signed for on delivery. 

All security markings must match our records and items must not have been used or be damaged.  In this instance no refund will be given.  Refunds will only be given once the item has been returned and tested.

When returning an order to us please notify us immediately and include your details and order number with the returned item.

All returns are inspected prior to a refund being issued.
